purely patheic disgusting service

This morning I was outside my shop when I phoned the south african police services in durban and spoke to a lady, the lady was extreamely rude, when I asked why are you being this rude to me she decided to tell me to (voetsek)in other words to **** off... I dont feel this is the kind of service our country needs it is pathetic and disgusting to know that if your life is in danger you will have some rude woman telling you to **** off!!! I ned something to be done and so do fellow soutj africans who care about our services that we pay tax for...!!!!
