Postmasburg Police Station appalling service

Postmasburg Police Station: the acting station commissioner Ruiters' attitude is extremely disgusting to say the least. I filed a complaint against one of their officers who almost knocked me over with a police van at a 4 way intersection because he was too busy on his phone and saw it fit not to stop. I was rudely disrespected by Ruiters. all he could tell me is that I'm excited about this incident. Excited?? How so? What is that supposed to mean? He could not even answer my question when I asked him how he's going to handle this? The SAPS does not need someone like Ruiters to serve under them. Disgusting! How did he even get to act on behalf of Commissioner Witbooi??? Witbooi is very professional and to experience this kind of service and attitude is displeasing. What happened to police protecting us? I could vomit right now, literally.
