Poor sevice delivery

<p>My tenant went to Umkomass Police station in KZN to report theft of electricity cable that was ****** in her presence but Mr Logan Naidoo advised her to request me to report the case whilst I’m in Cape town and was not in present when it all happened. She had to return to the Police station for the second time to ask for assistance since Police in Cape town refused to open the case.</p> <p> </p>
