Poor Services

I have registered company and last year March I app**** for Certificate for used second hand goods certificate and till Today no certificate.

I called Officer who helped me to register and open my file He told me Head Office stopped them and therefore all filles are Pending We don't have persal and those certificate turned to be Peral, because without it There's no bread Please assist, I have already lost contract about this matter I Have been to Rietgat police station in and out and don't even know Head Office. I just Google and got Landline and no answering Why we as Africans oppressed each other and violate other peoples wright's
