Poor service of South African Police and Police station in Edenvale who protect ********* on the road!!!

On Saturday, 31 August 2019 at around 22:00 at the robot at Modderfontein road (R25) close to intersection with highway (N3) while I was stationary waiting with my daughter for robot to go green car in front of me (KIA Sportage registration plate ZTC 482 GP) started to rolling backward. I was hooting but unfortunately car bumped into my car!! Driver of the car did not stop he carried driving his car! I was hooting and following him along Modderfontein road then he turned into the Greenstone drive and stop in front of Bushwillow Park estate!! I did not want to go out of the car as I was afraid that maybe driver of Kia Sportage had a gun. I phoned police emergency number of the SOUTH AFRICAN POLICE (10111) – No one rep**** for about 5 min. At the same time my daughter managed to get Police Station in Edenvale after spoke with them I was advised that I had to phone policemen that were on duty on the road. They supp**** me with two different numbers 071 675 41 (or 44). Only policemen on the ***1 rep**** and he told me that he was busy and he would come. I phoned them again after 10 min again and they could not even confirm for how long would take them to come. Security guy from Bushwillow complex on duty come and I explained to him what happened. Afterwards security guy on duty spoke with driver of the KIA SPORTAGE, he went out from his car completely drunk, he could not even walk. In addition while he was waiting in his car he carried drinking some colourless drink from coke bottle. After about 35 min (22:40) drunk guy went into the complex, through the visitor gate of Bushwillow Complex by using some card. I spoke with security guy and he told me that he could not do anything as the guy had access card for the estate and even he couldn’t supply me with his units’ number. He advised that I need to contact estate manager (***) who would be probably able to disclose who the driver of the car KAI SPORTAGE was. In addition to security guy told me that if police come they would be able to go inside in complex and find the drunk driver!! However unfortunately police did not come to check level of alcohol of the Kia Sportage driver!!! I phoned police again asking when they would come and as they could not confirm time I left at around 23:00 as it was too late and I did not want to jeopardize my daughter and my life further. SA police in Edenvale suggested to come to police station to log case - that I did not do at on Saturday night as again I could face with another crazy drunk person on the road and during a day on Sunday I did not want to waste my time as police even did not bother last night or during today to phone me back!! Unfortunately SA police is useless they seems that protect ********* and drunk people!!! but not according SA’ low: “If you’re found guilty of drunk driving in South Africa you could face up to 6 years in jail. You could also be liable for fines of up to R120 000 and your driver’s license may be suspended. You will have a ******** record which can have serious ramifications for the rest of your life. Of course, the worst case scenario is that you could **** someone else on the road, your loved ones, or yourself”
