Poor Service from SAPS Daveyton

Hi. We came to Daveyton SAPS requesting assistance to submit a subpoena, but they told us there are no vans to take us. They therefore advised us to go to the address then call 112 & request assistance and which we did at 20:54 & at 21:49 there was still no sign of a police official to assist us. We then called 112 with our reference number and were told an officer was despatched, but up to now at 22:29 there is still no sign of them. We came all the way from soweto & need to drive back and its already late. At the Station's reception there were only 2 officials on duty visible at the time.
