poor service from SAPS

We were involved in a car accident,cops from Thohoyandou police station under Brigadier Mashaba, were called in twice with no response when we got to the police station the person who was supposed to help was busy on his phone and had an attitude from hell, now my problem is that it took us 3 hours to be assisted, and they were just sitting there chatting, eating infont of us, they swore to serve and protect but when we need them they are not interested in workin..
