Poor service

I went to open a case at Mabopane Police Station they told me that I don't have a case not than less I do see a person who shot a bullet through my window.....i went back home, I call the 10111 I spoke with Captain Maluleke from Mabopane station on Sunday 16 August he told me that I don't have enough evidence to open a case.....,but at first the lady that I spoke with before Captain, she told me that the van is coming she even ask for my home address I did provided all of a sudden booom a call that I must relax I don't have enough evidence to open a case.... I still need help cause I'm scared to walk around in my yard cause people in our area are playing with guns.. Day n night.
