POOR SERVICE DELIVERY BY SAPS

I would like to share my frustration I had with SAPS, I have reported three cases without success, the first and second one was ************ which resulted to kidnapping, I have been doing the follow-ups regarding the first and second case and even informed the SAPS that this will result in ****** and nothing will be done. And now I am leaving at fear
