Poor service delivery

I opened up a case in September 2015, supp**** the investigator with all the information that could assist. Until today still no action has been taken and my family is at risk as we are being harrased by the builders who wants their money that was ****** from checkers. I've sent from pillar to post nothing gets done. Investigator keeps making empty promises and does not even give feedback.
