Poor Service Delivery

I went to report a ***** case at Northam Police Station involving a consultant from Bill Master Club who forged my signature with an aim to *******ly gain money from me. The response I got from the station is that it not a ******** but a civil case therefor they cannot open a case. According to my understanding forging a signature with an intention of de*****ing someone is a ******** activity and must be treated as such.
