Poor service by the police

On the 11/08/2019 I was on my way to polokwane whereby on the Off ramp from N1 Nyl plaza there was an accident of a vehicle which drove off the road. I pulled the car out with my bakkie and phoned the police and I spoke to Captain Ledwaba from Mokopane Saps at 13H20 whereby he promised to sent the police to come help us. I left ths scene after 30 minutes without the arrival of the police and after 1Hr 44 minutes I phoned and speak to the very same captain Ledwaba. He then said to me he cant tell the police on duty with the car to leave the job they busy with and rush to the accident scene whereby there is mo one who is injured. When I ask him an accident happened almost 2Hrs Cpt Ledwaba made it clear that accident is not a priority there are people that can be given priority out there. I was shocked. And asked myself is there still police officers who doesn't care for the nation. I was so hurt with how he handled the matter. The ladies had to go fetch the police from the police station with the car that came all the way from Pretoria to help the ladies. Upon arrival when the ladies said we phoned regarding the accident Cpt ledwaba that's when he said I was about to sent the van out with the guys to come help. Our police are not prepared to help the nation imagine having a police officer like captain Ledwaba who does something like that. Where does this leave us as the nation. What if the ladies could have been ****** or ****d while still waiting for the police.
