poor service at police station

I am writing to express my disgust at the lack of service portrayed at the Midrand police station. The front desk has not been attended to for over 30min and they claim to be changing their shift. When we call out for them they ignore us. People come here to be helped and not too waste their time dealing with *********** people that don't know how to provide a service they are employed to give. Its pathetic to have to accept a lame excuse as shift change as that means poor planning.The frustrating thing is that it's not the first time I experience such at this police station. People come here with serious matters and if these people can't assist they should not be employed to serve the people. I really hope this matter is taken seriously. Thanks Vuyo ***
