Poor service and unprofessional behavior of the the SAPS

I called the 10111 Police service number to report contravention of Lockdown regulations, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, she said " Go tonsleep" and let out a sigh of enormous irritation then she dropped on my ear. The call was made on 24/07/2021at 20:42pm and the duration of the phonecall was 1min 22 sec.
