Poor service and lazy employees

<p>It has been said that police are hard working bit one working at boithuso are lazy like pregnant picks. Or maybe we have been lead bu public servant who are illiterate or hired with standard 8. One may ask what was the 12 moths programme traning for? that's if they went to one or got hired by paying bribery if they can't even translate my statement in english. Been here for hours they cant even answer phone, all attend to one case ya drink n driving leaving the station alone with victims inside., yet we still call that hard working. I think our govemment should reconsider qualifications before hiring andake sure that theory is understood more than practical because this is all bull**** we paying our tax for.</p>
