Poor service and lack of communication

To whom it concerns GIYANI SAPS poor service by MR Baloyi

Well first of all I would like to take this time to thank the pathology and forensic service of Giyani more especially Mr. Maila and his team round of applause for the wonderful service Therefore whereas we still on this matter on the above stated case number on the 24th of Dec 2019 the body of my biological brother was found lying in nearby bushes of our village Mphakani , and therefore to this a case has been assigned to Mr. Baloyi (cid) whom seem not being helpful in terms of communication, as per the family request that we would Request to accompany our loved one to eternal house , the case was assigned to him and consequently my parents are seeking answers as to the cause of his death , but Communication with us is extremely poor on the 27 he said following the preceding week surely there will be feedback as postmortem has been performed , I took his word as we exchanged Numbers with my brother david as well , on the 03rd of January I did a follow up with him and said at the moment there is nothing he could tell the family still awaiting feedback from the Pathology I should contact them and he further said it might take longer (months) on a phone call , he requested that I contact the pathology , I asked what’s his role in to this matter If I may, said is to wait for the doctor to send him feedback as to me did not show passion for what an individual is doing I therefore said m going to escalate this as he promised that a week after he will Provide feedback . I contacted the pathology they said he never contacted them or visited them afterwards , and mr maila requested that I contact him visit or contact them , when I called him back he never answered on the 3rd till date. I as a citizen of the republic therefore think we are being represented in a manner that does not enhance the social cohesion and the government itself are not following statutory route , firstly I asked How long wil it take for the family to know the cause of our brother death as postmortem has been performed I was not answered was told cases of such nature they may take months

Mr baloyi situated in Giyani parliament as he told me has failed us in delivering acceptable minimum standards to our family as I think he undermined us in the first place forgetting who the motto and his role In society of which , the office should consider its subconscious, train their people on how to handle such matters for future as he think he is on top of the edge and treat people equally I’m not happy With the service of Giyani saps at the moment and we expect answers urgently , we African there is a culture to follow of which my rite to my culture is not respected in that manner

I searched for the commander number tried to call no answer therefore this is my last hope if people in government think they can do as they please this is totally unacceptable by virtue People should learn to prioritize , organize analyze implement and monitor to build a very strong sustainable where all citizens are treated equally this is my first platform I need answers From the Giyani cluster commander urgently !!!!!!!!!!!
