Poor Service and Disrespectful

Good evening I'm terribly disappointed and dissatisfied about the 112 emergency service line. People like myself cannot phone in and ask for assistance. On my first attempt, I spoke y a bravo female who has so much arrogance and attitude in her tone. She even laughs at like I'm a kid or have my life to play with.I I'm so angry I even said to her that she's acting like she's married to the president,she sounded so conniving and so disrespectful,like no care. She indirectly rep**** like I must do what I have to. .IR number. 273413 She even cut me off, and when I phoned 112 again to my surprise, she answered me like she knew what her intentions were, saying the IR number and name when I enquired,isn't this is what you want.This is terrible and no sense of security or assurity.Wheter a caller is drunk,sober,hurt,under pressure or under distress and how he or she sounds should not affect the agent or office handling the call.Under circumstances people in distress don't phone 112 on a casual or random basis, we phone for assistance to have a peaceful mind ,knowing we are protected and taken cate off. This is so not on and disrespectful .I can only imagine somebody held at ransom,kidnapped, or ****d. This type of service is pathetic and appalling. We have mo safety like this. [02/24, 23:05] SAFE ALLIANCE GROUP: Again, I phoned for some assistance and some sense of assurity .This person receiving the call was so technical and full of himself and refused to give me his name or incident report number (IR) An apparent Constable Zuma has so much attitude that it took him a while to even give an IR number. So are we safe as taxpayers and normal citizens. IR number 278513 Kindly assist and advise before more people in the Northern Suburbs give you more bad referrals and complaints. Further to this when the Police Officers arrived on scene they were reluctant and never opened up a case.The dragged their feet through the entire ordeal and even upto now we awaiting feedback.
