Poor service actually non service rended

I am not happy with their services I've once reported a case via 10111 three months ago then vosloorus SAPS called me and the said I must come the Police Station they can't come, yesterday I also reported a case via 10111 they didn't bother to come and check l then made a follow up this morning at around 07:45 they didn't come nor call. What must one do in order to get justice in Vosloorus???
