Poor service

I have rather bad service with Police, and court system that still stands to not prosecute a suspect with Evidence at hand,the suspect continues to ***** from my car and nothing is being effectively done instead courts say not sufficient evidence and yet myself as the victim I have suffered : Radio,radiator, car lights cables and petrol drained and today petrol cables were ****** but they would advise me to open another case being the 3rd but with no effective punishment to the suspect. Justice system is indeed crippled,walking on its knees if such simple things cannot be solved and out to bed what about Gender Based violence, ****** and other high profile crimes,would they also be given the same resources or treatment I was met with. And it has really shaped to me why would the communities take matter in their own hands even though it's wrong ad the justice system is ineffective. This has been going for over 3 months to date
