Poor service

Hello guy . Am currently at Roodepoort police station .the service is poor .been in the queue for an hour now with only one officer assisting us .

I call the station commander who didn't help any way .he referred me to complaints officer who also did nothing .coz my question was the whole community of Roodepoort is assisted by one police for all the matters. And even the staff is very rude. This is not what our country should look like or serve us .
