poor service

every time and is the 3rd time i went to Lingelethu police station but never get any help instant they gave me attitude and ask me too much question whereas sometime i go there asking for an advice.like this morning i had a problem with my child school transport driver they told me straight they cant help me and yelling at me that guy after he spoke to the driver on the phone he said i quote"sisi you have a problem how can a driver pay you your money because people have not payed him"i paid R900 and the driver did not pick a child at school.the police take sides.
