POOR SAPS SERVICE KIMBERLEY

I opened a case about my money which was transferred at Capitec bank they say they can only deal with the case in three months time. The case still have to go to the Magistrate and then they can attend to it. What aa poor service when it comes to the SAPS. They should learn to handle the matter with urgency and put themselves in the same position. 3months is a long time
