Poor intelligence in police officers

Klipfontein police station investigating officers will never solve cases of bank ****. Even if you give the the name of a person, account number and bank name where money has taken. It very difficult case for them to solve. Myself if my more is ****** I don't bother to report as they case I report nothing was done. I had two cases where my money was ****** but I'm discourage to open because it too hard for them to find *********. Even ******** are free because police are not able to trace them.
