Poor delivery from the South Africa police service 10111

I've called 10111 helpline for assistance regarding an accident and the lady (didn't even give her name) was extremely rude, unprofessional, unsympathetic, sarcastic and has no spirit for helping individuals who requires assistance. She then after trying to shove me off just dropped the call, the call was made on 15/12/2019 at 21:11 and the duration was 3 minutes and 27 seconds.
