poor aggressive attack from a sea point police

I was stopped by a colored policeman chubby with specs and his accomplice, a black woman cop this was after i dropped off people on the shoulder of the road as there was nowhere to stop as i was leaving thts when they stopped me. And the colored cop said to me get out of the car so rude and super violent, he asked for my licence which i gave him then he started swearing at me saying you are a mother ****en **** which i asked if that was the right way of talking to people. Yet he continued calling me a mother ****en **** he threw my licence in the car and they left. I strongly believe that the government or the minister of police really needs to do something about the way this particular police station has been ill treating people. Where does one escalate issues like this
