POLICE TERROR

I would like to report a police woman by the surname of Nkambule who is stationed at the Benoni SAPS car pound. On Monday 21 October we went to retrieve a car from the pound after spending 4 hours waiting for paperwork at Springs Police Station. We arrived at Benoni around 8 minutes past 2PM and the woman correctly informed us that they've closed at 2. We then tried to explain that the delay was on the part of her counterparts at Springs but will then like to only confirm that the car is indeed at the pound , so we know to go straight there the following day and that is when all hell broke lose and insults started flying around. She treated us like dirt and said all sorts of unsavoury things to us. On Tuesday the day after we managed to get the car back a Datson Go , which now had a dent on rear door of the driver's side. We asked for the tick sheet which would indicate all defects the car will have came in with and it conveniently had disappeared. The dent wasn't there when the car went in and was purposely created as a form of punishment for us standing up to the abuse from this Nkambule woman. I would like this brought to the attention of her seniors and IPID , eventually get the car fixed at her cost and not that of the tax payer's cost.
