Police station of Elukwatini falling the community

Yesterday around 16h00 I called Elukwatini police station reporting a crime which happened at home where there is only 2 pensioners and a girl of 17 years old staying there, the official who received my call took all the necessary details and said he was going to dispatch a police van to go there, I waited and I did a follow up call around 18h40 and they promised me that as soon as the van is available they will go, we waited until this morning and around 06h30 I called again to find out what was going on since we were never assisted..... The officer who answered the call was so rude, he told me how the matter was not important, and when I told him that I'm worried about my parents since none of their numbers are going through this morning, he told me that there was no network, that is why I can't get ahold of them, I asked him if he was staying at the same village maybe that is how he knew that there was no network he continued being rude.... Later on he was asking me of the address to home after he heard me saying I'm going to contact the national police department, he insulted me telling me that he is not afraid of the national as I'm just threatening him to call national, he became extremely rude and dropped the call on my ears..... Police were supposed to be helping us not to make our lives miserable.... I called for help because I'm far away from home and we are not supposed to take matters in our own hands as the police usually say..... But when it's time for them to help us out they insult us and neglect their duties..... I wish this matter can be taken up...... I don't mind being contacted for more information on this matter for that police station to be called to order
