Police service has failed us

My grandmother she is 85 years living at Bramfisher house no12627 during 2022 she came to visit my mother here In Pretoria.During her visit we got a call from one of the neighbour informing us that they broken in an took my grandmother things all her things we ****** they even cut the electricity and the plumber even her clothes were ****** the case was opened at Dobsonville SAPS and the case No is 122/9/2022 but still we don't know what is happening last year the Court issued the warranty of arrest but they never arrest they are roaming in the streets the worse part one is the child of the neighbour my grandmother missis her house but she can go cos people that hurt her they are still outside and now she is being diagnosed with Depression and Heart problem The police found some of her things but they never bring back to her . Please help my grandmother with the case so that she can be happy again
