Police saves my car

I am aware of the bad reputation the police service has been getting and that's why I want to appreciate Constable Masandiwa at Brooklyn's police station.<br> <br> At about 2am we were woken up my a call from tracker (Tshepo - wonderful person) asking if my car is still where I parked it. To my horror I found that my car was gone! Tshepo informed me that Constable Masandiwa has my car and it was still in perfect condition. I spoke to the constable and he informed me that he saw the car driving up and down the streets of Brooklyn (we stay in Lyttelton) and felt that something was off. <br> <br> He had no real reason to pull the person over but decided to trust his intuition (thank God for that). The driver claimed that the car belonged to his friend's mom and when they saw that the owner was born in the 90's they knew that something was off.<br> <br> I would have never found my car without them because the intruder stole my spare key - tracker only notifies me if the car moves without being switched on.<br> <br> I cannot exclaim enough how happy and relieved I am that Constable Masandiwa did his job exceptionally well. <br> <br> I hope he gets to hear this!<br>
