Police refused to help me

I called 112 at 19:15 I was asking for Temba police to escort me to hand over a protection order and 112 call center agent told me that he will send the police to my place to come and collect me I waited the police didn't come at 21:50 I did the follow up I called 112 again then after speaking to the call center agent constable Mmakwana called me then he asked me where I was taking the protection I said stinkwater then he said he doesn't work in that area he only works around temba and then he gave me a number of a police ven that works around stinkwater I called the number and it was answered by constable mahlangu he said to me how can I help you I told him that I need an escourt to hand over a protection order I explained to him that I'm at temba but I'm taking it to stinkwater he said we must me where I'm handing over a protection order because he's job is not to go around and collect people at their home I explained to him that I don't have a car to get to stinkwater I was involved in a car accident my car is broken then he said he can't help and already he's in stinkwater but but constable mmakwana assured me that the police ven that is going to stinkwater is still at temba police station then I called back constable Mmakwana and I explained to him what constable mahlangu said to me he said he will like to help me unfortunately stinkwater is not his area of work if it was around temba then I asked him his shift supervisor number then he gave me a land line number said I must ask for chief boss I did called that number and it was answered by sergeant molale I did asked for shift boss then he said he went out how can he help me I explained to him everything what constable mmakwana said and what constable mahlangu said then he said here is the shift boss and hand a phone to another police I asked who I was speaking to, to my surprise it was constable mahlangu who said he was in stinkwater he said I must give him a direction of where I was I did he said he is going to get lost I must wait for him somewhere I told him that I'm afraid to go and wait somewhere I'm afraid of the dark beacase it was pass 10 pm(night) then I told him that I'm staying next to sergeant Makhubela he said he was coming he came then he was with constable madiba, constable madiba spoke to me he was so rude he didn't even greeted me he said what is your problem because I needed help I explained to him that I wanna hand over a protection order at stinkwater then he opened a canopy of a ven he said I must get in behind the ven I asked him if I could sit in front sit because I was involved in a car accident I'm still in pain and also I'm pregnant then he said he won't sit with me on a front sit if I wanna sit in a front sit I must buy myself a car then he left, he left me in front of my home gate
