Police officers left me with scars outside and inside

I dont khow if I'll be heard this time iwas abused by police officers arrested me for no reason brutal abused me they left me with scars inside and outside putting me in cell tromatised my life after what they did to me I was not the same I try opening a case but nothing is happening every time I call ipid they say there are busy with the investigation I must wait it been to long I live with this scars on me the ladie that arrested me I khow even khow where she stays because I wanted to khow what kind of woman can do that to another woman pls help me put my matter to a right place Thank u please mind my English
