Police Officers in East London working with taxi drivers assaulting Bolt drivers

I wish to lodge a grievance regarding police officers working in East London - Fleet police station . These offiicers are working with Taxi drivers and attacking Bolt drivers. I was driving a client and one of the taxi driver stopped the vehicle in front of me claiming that I was driving recklessly while driving on the slow lane and the taxi driver was driving on a fast lane. The taxi driver started assaulting me and he later called his friends and on their arrival one of the guys who was wearing in private and claiming to be a police officer, who was supposed to intervene instead he drew a firearm and when I asked him why he is pulling out his gun that's when when he took out the police badge and he said he was wanted to know what wa going on whereas he saw the taxi driver assaulting me in front of the client I was driving that time . I went to the police station (Fleet Police station) with my brother to report the incident but the police officers in that police station refused to assist us. If we can't be assisted by our law enforcement where do we go? and when the perpetrators are working together with the police officers is there a justice in this country? Please help me to get answers from the law enforcement leadership.
