police officers fail to practise what they preach

i was beaten up by the police officer by the surname of Lunge for sweet nothing. We were from onother place in the same towm called Joegqabi. There were many police vehicle on the street it was around 20:00. They asked me and my cousen to lift our hands up so that they can. we did as they oderd while lifting hands up i asked why, the police officer slaped me at the back of my neck. I grabed the hand and sayd you are hurting me sir. The Boss of that squad shift commenderd the police officer to taking insede the van, i got in very well. When we arrived at the police station we were so many because it went around the town with us in there collecting drunk people down the streets. Lunge, the police officer took a boock asked my names, etc. when it came to my age i told him i am 17 years old but he wrote the age that is not mine in an aim of taking me in the jail of adults. when i sayd no i say 17, he started to beat me up in front of other police officers at the charge office, i got a bleeding ear. when i was realesd i got a small paper telling me that i was rude, beating up people and i have to pay a certain amount. i oppend a case nothing happend till now. please help me.
