On the 22 June my son picked a phone at Discherm, it was handed over to the owner who claimed that we need to pay her for card replacement. Because we refused to. Pay that R1470.Detective Mathe went to my house took both my sons to police station, where they were beaten and touched then locked up. My elder son in the cell without being charged. When I call Detective Mathe he told me that he charged him with theft even though the owner has his phone with her. The sad part is that they did charge him with theft in front of their Conel who did nothing despite the fact the I show him bruises on my sons face and hands, my other son who was beaten is disa bled. Now he was not in a possession of any ****** item but he slept in jail. And charged with theft. The case was postponed to the 24 July 2025 for further Investigation. I need justice for my kids
