Police No Service

App**** for a Police Clearance for working out of the Country. No sms was received in 6 weeks to acknowledge my application. Calling the number provided on the internet is useless. All I get for an hour is "Please hold, your call is important to us", No email replies. I emailed the customer service of SAPD and also no reply. Why are we paying taxes and application fees? Are we not customers that keep their salaries coming. Were I am based we have no telephone lines and I must use a satellite phone which runs on Dollars. This is just ridiculous!!!
