POLICE more interested in Christmas

I had money ****** from my bank account on Saturday, 23rd December 2023. The transaction took place in CT - IM IN PRETORIA with my card.

A police person came to see me on the 25th of December as I was unable to leave my house. I have an 82yr old mother that lives with me - she has alzheimers - the person that assists me with mom is on leave - I am therefore UNABLE to leave her alone.

When the police person took the affidavit to Villieria station - they were told that they cannot open the docket as there is no statement to prove theft. The police person explained that I was unable to leave and also that the offending amount was lying in pending on my statement and would not be visible on a statement yet.

I offered to email everything that I have to them INCLUDING a screenshot from my statement- but the police person that took the affidavit was told that they dont accept emails.

These are the people that PROMISE to protect and serve us - NICELY DONE VILLIERIA!!!!!!!!! I know its Christmas and all - but YOU signed up for this JOB - so YOU should do EVERYTHING in your power to assist the public.

Your disinterest in my case - IS NOT doing everything in your power. Its DISMISSIVE and shows a lack of concern and interest.
