Police intimidating public

Hellopeter I had an accident in bethal mpumalanga after leaving the police station at 21:30. Both our cars where driving, when we got to the station it was 22:00 the police officers told us that it's curfew they won't help us. The next morning I went there again to report the case but the captain also infringed our rights. Till today the case is not open and I can't submit my claim to my insurance
