POLICE INCOMPETENCY

I was in an accident on the 15th January 2021 around 16:40, the first call i made was to 10111. Someone answered my call, i explained where i was and how many cars were involved. The operator asked me the nearest police station and i told them that Grassy Park was closer, he then advised that a car has been dispatched to the scene. We waited for over an hour, the police never arrived. The guy who drove into my car was drunk but since the police never showed, no one can prove that. After my car was towed, my friend took me to Grassy Park police station, where i was told to go to Diep River Police station because my accident did not happen within their jurisdiction. We drove to Diep River police station and when i was almost done with my statement (2 hours after the accident), a call came through to the police station to go attend an accident on Prince George. MY ACCIDENT, 2 HOURS LATER!
