Police don't want to do their job. as a complainant I've done investigation alone and find the culprit but still nothing is happening.

My name is fortunate a single parent of 3. My car dissapear at the workplace parking on the 3rd of june 2020 first day at work after lockdown. since i have open a case with springs police station on the 3 june 2020 till to date i didn't get any update. i phoned the station to enquire about my case and they told me that my case was referred to benoni car theft unit and the investigating officer is constable xabeni. i even made an effort to meet her and update her about my suspect. she showed no interest about my concern about investigating my suspect. please assist me. i need justice to be done on my case and let the police do their job. i have full information about the suspect but still not one is willing to assist me.
