Police dont respond

Good day Theres a crime that has happened here in Driftsands mfuleni in cape town and captain Arrendse in Mfuleni police station were called around 6-7am and he promised to bring the police so that they can come here ... The 64 year old lady and her grandchildren 10 &6 yrs weree treathened in the morning hours today her shack people came and break the windows and remove the zink n her blurgler is broke. And the guys tried to lit the shack.and we see that the is blood in the floor n she is saying her son was stabbed ... And she is traumatized and kids are also not ok but the police dont care cause the old lady is waiting but with no avail... Please assist please we need them to come and see
