Police clearance documents needed urgently

We went to the SAP in Pretoria to get an update on my daughters police clearance certificate & did not get any help. Even after expressing an urgent need, one was on her phone ignoring us and having a conversation with her colleagues. Eventually the other called a supervisor who was asleep in the back came out upset and telling us a whole lot of nonsense instead of helping. This all took place on 6 December 2022 . She rudely told us to fill documents and just hand it over for the urgency of the clearance doc and they will get to it in time. Since then we can not get through to the phone lines or contact anyone
