Police Clearance Certificates

I have been waiting for weeks for our Police Clearance Certificates. I eventually called to Pretoria. I was then informed that our certificates was collected from Skynet on the 19th of February 2019 already. Upon communicating with Skynet, I was advised that SAPS did not pay their account at Skynet. My husband has lost an overseas job offer because of this!
