Police clearance certificate re-issued

Last month I submitted an application for a clearance certificate along with a self-addressed FastMail envelop to the ******** Records Center in Pretoria. The application was processed and certificate issued and dispatched well within the stipulated waiting time. However the mail got lost somewhere between Pretoria and Polokwane. Of course it left everyone at home distraught - my wife included, because I needed it to take up a job offer. Unbeknownst to me she went online and found the Commissioner Lt General Masemola's number and called her. She found her in a meeting but promised to call back, which she did soon after - twice. My wife explained the situation and the commissioner promptly set in motion nearly unbelievable yet fantastic events that resulted in the clearance certificate being re-issued and made available exactly one day after. I wish to thank the folks at the Local Crimes Records Centers in Polokwane and Mokopane for making my day truly serving citizens. A BIG ups to you!
