Police Clearance Certificate issue delays

Police Clearance Certificate: I submitted my Application at SAPS records office in Pretoria on the 25th of January 2022, and today, the 16th of March, have yet to receive notification to collect PCC. Emails go unanswered, and when somebody eventually answers the phone ( usually an hour of waiting ), excuses like broken scanners are mentioned to explain the delay.
