Police at Station of no HELP!!

I wish I can give NO RATING!!!! Pathetic Service!!!!!!!!!!!! Standing in line for 45 min after 4 persons skipped the line and the officers did nothing to stop them!!! And when I got in front the officer were RUDE and of NO HELP at all. Told me I have to go to Kempton Park Police Station to make an affidavit to get claim number for my insurance. Not that complicated AT ALL, is it??????? The officer complained, because we use the smaller Police Stations instead and they have to assist all the people standing in the queue. Is this not REDICILOUS???? Don't we all have a job and get paid for it??? Is the Police not there to assist all community members?????????????
