Pleasantly surprised at the speedy and effective service of SAPS complaints department

I went to SAPS for a police clearance certificate on the 16/9/2019. After 2 months I had still not gotten my certificate, despite sending numerous emails to SAPS ******** Record and Crime Scene Management department. I eventually got fed up and sent through a complaint to SAPS complaints department Gauteng and within an hour the problem was resolved. Wonderful and speedy service from SAPS complaints department Gauteng.
