Phoenix police station

I am disgusted that today i have went to open up a case of house breaking and i was turned down by two female staff of phoenix police station when i was told by hilton police station that i could open up a case at any station and that the file will be sent to Pmb. The officer was very rude and made it seem like she was doing me a favour when i got to the station there was several police officers having a conversation outside and they are the most unhelpful. Makes me wonder why i pay so much of tax for police officers in phoenix station to turn me away.... Pathetic service to the public. If they dont like their job they should find new careers!
