Pension not paid for more than a year now

I was employed by SAPS since 2005, and in 2010 I was dismissed from the service. As the result of my dismissal I went to their offices in Phuthaditjhaba to complete necessary forms for my pension in july 2014. On my arrival there I was helped by Captain Nkutha who used tobe my commander. To my suprise the forms I was presented with are for voluntary resignition. And I completed them and did all necessary steps. But up to today no one seems to know when will I get my pensions. In july I went to GEPF offices and I was told that SAPS have not submitted any document to them. And I went to Captain Malimabe who used to be my Station commander before I was dismissed. And she told me that to her surprise I still appear as an employee at memel SAPS on their system. Can you please help me find out when will I get my pensions so that I can get closure as well.
