Pathetic service from the SAPS

Just called Sophia Town Police Station 8 times to report disruption and disturbing of peace no answer. I then tried Florida and Brixton Police Stations still no answer. I then called 10111 just to hold on for 5 minutes I eventually dropped the call. What a pathetic country to live in!!
