Pathetic service

I am not happy about the service that I received at Grabouw Police Station yesterday( 31 August 2024) at around 23:40. We got there and waited there were police officers sitting there. After a while I called and asked to be assisted. The lady (police officer) said we should sit down they will assist. She came after a while to ask how she could assist us. I explained she said I must go sit down again. After a while another male came and asked why we were there again I explained to him I thought he was going to help he said I must sit down again. After a long time of waiting I was called to the desk by officer Matshini who was coming from a patrol with the volunteers he assisted me.

The two ladies that were there and a guy had no intention of helping us. I believe for people that agreed under oath that they would help people they should prioritise the community.

We were the only ones but had to wait close to 45 minutes to be assisted.
